Do you have an age requirement?
Adult volunteers must be affiliated with a group (corporate or other) and be at least 21 years old to be considered eligible for this event. Since this event is a 21 and up event, volunteers are not permitted to bring anyone under 21 with them.

How Do I Prepare?
This is a rain or shine event, please dress for the weather. We recommend dressing in layers if it is anticipated to be cold and/or inclement weather. This way if you get warm as you work, you can shed layers and stay comfortable. Also, don't be afraid to bring a water bottle with you to help you stay refreshed and hydrated. Finally...WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES!
What is Expected of Me?
All volunteers will receive pourer training which will begin promptly at 4:30pm, you will be directed there once you sign in. We expect you to be on time, courteous and helpful to festival patrons, vendors, and to do your assigned job to the best of your abilities. Please act in a professional manner and refrain from drinking alcohol and smoking while on shift.
Shift time includes check in, training, placement, set-up and take down.

Not-for-profit zoo focused on conservation, education, and the well-being of living things. We ask for $50.00 for adults and $50.00 for teens at the orientations to help us with the cost of a criminal background check (all volunteers and employees must have a check) and ID badge, t-shirt and to offset the cost of annual appreciation events. We offer free training for volunteers and provide discounts in the gift shop and food courts.
