Kidney Walk is the National Kidney Foundation's single largest awareness campaign of the year. Nearly 1,500 walkers gather at the Great Lakes Science Center to enjoy live music, breakfast, family activities and more. Following a brief opening ceremony, walkers then participate in a 1- or 3-mile noncompetitive walk along Lake Erie.
Volunteers help make Kidney Walk a success by working in following areas: Set-Up, Registration, Accounting Room, Route Directors, Route Cheerleaders, Mascot Handlers, Judging Day-Of Contests, and Tear-Down. The event's official volunteer sign up can be found here: https://volunteersignup.org/389JY
