Onboarding Coordinator Volunteer Remote

We are in need of an onboarding coordinator to join our remote HR team!

The onboarding coordinator will manage the entire onboarding process from start to finish.

  • Respond to all onboarding emails forwarded from HRBP's within 24-48 hours.
  • Provide candidate with onboarding guide and welcome email.
  • Address all inquiries from candidates within a timely manner.
  • Send volunteer waivers to candidates and ensure signed.
  • Introduce new hire volunteer to company and work group once waiver is signed.
  • Provide system access and assign new hire orientation.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure all candidate details are accurate in applicant tracking system.

Preferred Experience
  • Onboarding experience preferred
  • Human Resources background and experience
  • In pursue of Human Resources degree or obtained Bachelor's degree
  • 7 volunteer hours per week commitment
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience working remotely with a non-profit start up preferred
  • Exceptional customer service skills
