We are currently seeking volunteers for our 3rd Annual An Affair for Air Gala on April 4th, 2020! Held at the beautiful Ellie Caulkins Opera House, the Affair for Air Gala will bring together those fighting for lung health to raise money and support the American Lung Association. This opera themed gala will be an inspirational experience designed to resonate and touch the hearts and lungs of attendees in a very creative way.

      Dinner is provided

  • 4:30 PM - 11:30 PM: Event Management-cocktail/ business attire
    • Greeters and general event assistance
    • Assist with and monitor the silent auction as led by ALA staff
    • Clean Up/ Break Down-casual attire
    • Assist with clean up and break down of event materials.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21
  • 4:30 to end of evening with event tear down
  • Assist at check in terminals, 2-3 greeters, who will then assist moving people up to dinner at the right time. During Dinner – Volunteers eat and start setting up check out stations. Silent Auction Closes – All vols will arrange items by winning bids
