You have seen our Girl Scouts selling cookies, so you know it is cookie season! But do you know that every year on 3 days our troops take over Chicago and sell as many cookies as they can? That's right! On select days troops have tables of cookies in or right outside the lobbies of multiple office buildings in the Loop. You can help by driving your own vehicle and delivering cases of cookies to help ensure the girls have enough.
Requrements
- All volunteers must be 18 years of age and older.
- Must be able to provide drivers license and proof of auto insurance.
- You will be using your own car to carry cases of cookies. The bigger your vehicle the more cookies you can carry.
- Bring own gps/gps capable phone or map. We will provide addresses.
- Must commit to volunteering all of at least one shift.
- Orientation will be provided day of event.
- You will be asked to complete a criminal background check.
- Although not required for this position, we encourage all volunteers to register as member of Girl Scouts ($25/year). Financial assistance is available.
