Help seniors live longer, healthier lives!
The Bucks County Area Agency on Aging is proud to announce we are actively recruiting new volunteers Instructors to teach a program for our Health and Wellness program called My Life, My Health a Chronic Disease Self Management Program.
This workshop helps people with Chronic health problems attend together creating mutual support and success to mange and maintain active fulfilling lives. The workshop are presented in locations throughout Bucks County.
Volunteers will receive training( a full four day training form 9am - 3pm) and follow a script when delivering the workshop to interested consumers in Bucks County communities.

Description
The Bucks County Positively Aging volunteer program provides opportunities for adults age 18+ to engage in volunteer services and contribute time,experience and knowledge to others in their comuunities.
