Responsibilities: Actively seeks out talented team members to join our team. Reviews volunteer applications, screens potential candidates via zoom, determines if they are a good fit for our team. Welcoming new volunteers on slack as they become members. This position is responsible for consistently on boarding new team members as positions become available. Following up with new Volunteers after onboarded. Attending Monthly Meetings.
