Get out of the house for fresh air and exercise, all to make a difference in a senior's life.
Help At Your Door, a nonprofit that helps seniors and individuals with disabilities to remain independent, is looking for groups - of co-workers, students, family, church members- throughout the Twin Cities Metro area to participate in our spring yard clean up projects.
Activities may include raking leaves, painting fences, washing windows, planting flowers, trimming bushes, cleaning yard furniture, sweeping pathways, and more! Group members provide work gloves and rakes; Help At Your Door provides any other needed supplies.
A typical project involves a group of 4-6 people for about 2 hours.
Most projects will take place during the month of May. Reserve a spot for your group soon! We accept groups for weekday or weekend projects.

Help At Your Door provides our clients with the services and resources necessary to remain vivacious and supported in life, while also providing families with the knowledge and security to ensure that their home is the best place for them to be. Volunteers provide grocery ordering and shopping services, handyman help, transportation, and chore services.
