This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.


We are a looking for a volunteer who will provide onboarding to new volunteers. Our current volunteer coordinator will be moving on as a staff writer, when we find the right fit. This position is virtual position so you will be able to work from home and work when you want to. You will need to commit to at least 10 hours per work.

You will either have IT experience or be willing to learn some very basic skills
You will respond to volunteer requests (10-15 per week emails will come to you, no recruiting required)
Evaluate experience and communication skill levels
Work with the volunteers to find the appropriate volunteer position
Provide the appropriate training
Communicate with the admin about the new volunteers

There are already systems built in place so a lot of the work uses templates or previous systems already in place.

Great opportunity to gain some HR skills. Must be comfortable onboarding all categories of legal professionals. Customer services and sales skills a plus but not necessary.
