Please Live is a Pennsylvania statewide 501c3 nonprofit that focuses on youth mental health and suicide prevention. We provide free educational and awareness events to schools throughout the state to equip and empower students to seek help and to help their friends, peers, and loved ones. We're looking for a few graphic designers to assist us with our growing design demands! Volunteers can work remotely anywhere in the world and will be under our lead designer to ensure designs stick to our brand.
Examples of designs include:
- Event flyers/marketing materials
- Social media posts
- Event/profile cover photos
- Resource design - custom pamphlets, brochures, and educational resources
Potential volunteers will be given a sample project to design prior to acceptance.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have consistent and reliable access to email
- Must maintain consistent communication with lead designer (1x per week)
- Must have access to adobe design products, primarily Photoshop and InDesign
- Must be able to work with deadlines

- Educate students, youth staff, and community members about depression, suicide, and related mental health topics, signs & symptoms of mental illnesses, and where/how to seek help for mental health problems.
- Empower students to look for and be aware of mental illness symptoms in themselves and in their peers.
- Reduce the stigma surrounding mental health.
Mission: to cultivate mental wellness through education and awareness of youth and young adult mental health challenges, focusing primarily on depression, anxiety, and suicide prevention.

Description
Please Live is a 501(c)3 nonprofit based out of central Pennsylvania that is dedicated to education and awareness of teen mental health issues, particularly depression, anxiety, and suicide prevention.
Please Live is a small nonprofit consisting of about 20 volunteers from all over the country. We are a young nonprofit in two ways: firstly, we received our 501(c)3 status in 2014.
