How you’ll make an impact

We are looking for a mission-driven Talent Management Associate to join our Talent Management and Organizational Development team and help new volunteers adjust well to our work environment.

Talent Management Associate responsibilities include communicating organization and position details to new volunteers before their start date and gathering necessary paperwork. Ultimately, you will organize and facilitate our organization’s onboarding procedures for new volunteers.

What you will do

  • Create monthly call agendas, content and facilitate (with others) the engagement calls
  • Create clear policies and volunteer handbooks that explain organization operations
  • Craft and send emails with information about the organization and position
  • Gather and process paperwork, like volunteer and non-disclosure agreements
  • Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed
  • Assist the Director of Talent Management and Organization Development and Onboarding/Offboarding and Engagement Manager with ad hoc projects

You have these skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, either in HR or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Strong personal values that fit with WGLI’s mission and values, demonstrated through professional or community involvement;
