Assistance League of Colorado Springs is a nonprofit, all volunteer, philanthropic organization dedicated to improving the well-being of the children and families in El Paso County. Last year we helped over 4000 individuals -- by giving new clothes to school children and to assault survivors, new beds to teens leaving foster care or homelessness, teddy bears and Halloween costumes to children in need, and by screening the hearing of preschoolers. All this was accomplished by our membership of about 145 women, working to benefit our local community and raising funds through our Bargain Box Thrift Store. We are looking for new members to work with us to fulfill our mission and to enjoy our friendly camaraderie. Will you join us?
