The Salvation Army of Spokane serves a meal to the needy in our community every Thursday night.
This Thursday, 3/21/18, we are in need of volunteers who have already filled out our volunteer paperwork.
Volunteers are needed to assist with the meal prep, set up, serving, clean up, and other tasks.
Volunteers are asked to arrive at about 4:45p, and stay until about 7pm. Volunteers are asked to stay until the meal is cleaned up.
Prior to volunteering, you must complete a volunteer application packet at The Salvation Army of Spokane (222 E. Indiana Ave., Spokane, WA 99207).

Description
Begun in 1891, the Spokane Salvation Army has been reaching out to the hungry, homeless, abused and neglected. Each year in Spokane over 60,000 men, women and children receive food assistance, clothes, shelter, counseling and encouragment.
