Seniors and Youth Services is currently seeking volunteers who have a background in working with children ages 7 to 12 years of age in the following duties.
Assist in developing and implementing program activities according to program goals and monthly themes.
Supervise and participate in children's activities.
Maintain and turn in attendance daily.
Maintain professionalism at all times, consistent attendance, on time and prepared.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with SAYSS staff, parents, and youth.
Make weekly calls to students in their group who do not attend.
Maintain maximum member participation levels at all times in providing retention skills.
Implement weekly, monthly or quarterly fund-raisers as assigned.
Develop and implement "end of session" performances or displays.
Other related duties as assigned.

We help your loved one remain independent at home by providing quality and affordable non-medical companion services, including professional personal caregivers, certified nursing assistants, and drivers/transportation aides for routine medical and other personal appointments.
SAYSS for Our Youth
Because their lives get challenging too! SAYSS wants to reach and teach beyond the classroom - give our young people opportunities to communicate and relate outside of "social media", "text messaging" and "video games" - yes, they can! SAYSS offers individual and group mentoring services, outreach guidance, workshops that focus on coping skills, and solutions to help avoid youth victimization, address health concerns, family challenges, and other issues impacting our children’s mental, physical, and spiritual growth and stability.
