Wesley Housing's Health & Wellness Program at Wexford Manor Community Resource Center is designed to help low-to moderate-income residents increase their fitness and personal health, in both body and mind.
We are seeking a certified yoga instructor with a passion for helping 3-5 students learn beginner yoga and lead them through breathing, posture and stretching exercises.
Commitment: Bi-weekly (every two weeks) for 1 hour each session. Flexible Monday -Thursday, mid-day 12:00pm-1:00pm or evening 5:00pm-6:00pm.

Wesley Housing is a nonprofit affordable housing developer operating 29 communities totaling over 2,300 affordable housing units, serving over 25,000 individuals. In addition to housing, Wesley Housing also provides services to its residents through Community Resource Centers which offer afterschool programs for youth, computer training, job skills training, ESL classes, nutrition classes and recreational programs for youth and adults.
