Spay PA, in partnership with The STAR Project and United Spay Alliance is committed to providing timely, affordable, and accessible spay/neuter services to the dogs and cats of Pennsylvania. We are seeking a few volunteers, who are passionate about animal advocacy and education, to research and compile data about spay/neuter resources throughout the state of Pennsylvania. These resources, as well as participating veterinarians and clinics, will be posted on social media and dedicated Spay PA website for pet parents to utilize. In addition to research and data compilation, we are seeking individuals to work on Spay PA from a Marketing and Fundraising standpoint, so we may raise funds to pay for spay/neuter surgeries for those in need.

Mission Statement
The STAR Project is a 501(c)3 organization formed to bring change to the lives of animals who are at risk for unnecessary euthanasia, have suffered abuse and neglect, deemed special needs, rapidly deteriorating in the shelter, or facing breed discrimination.
Description
The STAR Project offers help and advocacy to animals nationwide, promotes a no-kill philosophy, strives to end BSL (Breed Specific Legislation) and dispel the 'Pit Bull' myth. We offer support to pet parents by offering responsible pet parent education and assistance with food and supplies though our program Project HOPE.
