SPECIAL OLMSTED WOODS VOLUNTEER DAY Celebrating EARTH DAY

SATURDAY, APRIL 21
10 AM to Noon

All are welcome to come and help remove English Ivy from Olmsted Woods. We will provide light refreshment.
Bring your garden gloves and sturdy shoes. Meet at the George Washington equestrian statue on Pilgrim Road.
Free Saturday parking on Pilgrim Road

All Hallows Guild carries out fundraising projects, Cathedral garden and woods tours, and special programs to carry on the vision of Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr. - keeping the 59 acres surrounding Washington National Cathedral a haven of peace and refreshment in the midst of our Capital City.

Description

All Hallows Guild was founded in 1916 for the care and beautification of the gardens and grounds of Washington National Cathedral. The Guild is an all-volunteer non-profit organization and is part of the the Protestant Episcopal Cathedral Foundation of the District of Columbia.
