The Volunteer Connection Lead for Blood Services provides expert support and guidance to the department in the proper and maximized utilization of Volunteer Connection. The Lead establish an ongoing Volunteer Connection training calendar and conduct Volunteer Connection training, using official American Red Cross training materials for volunteers and volunteer supervisors.
