Making Strides Team Recruitment Lead Position Summary
As the Team Recruitment Lead, you have one of the most important jobs on the
committee. Your focus is to lead discussions that produce creative and new ideas
to encourage teams to sign up for MSABC. You can lead the planning committee
on implementing these ideas as well as making sure that recruitment is
highlighted in other aspects of the event. (fundraisers, survivorship, etc.).

Mission Statement
This is the first official year for the American Cancer Societies Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Every three-five mile Making Strides Against Breast Cancer walk is a powerful and inspiring opportunity to unite as a community to honor breast cancer survivors, and raise awareness about steps we can take to reduce the risk of getting breast cancer.
Description
Making Strides is a fundraising walk rasing funds for The American Cancer Society for breast cancer research and FREE programs for cancer patients.
This is event is open to runners, walkers, families, survivors, caregivers, patients, businesses, teachers, students. We invite our entire community to join together to raise money and walk to show we are in this together! Register and join us in Making Strides Against Breast Cancer! Nobody walks alone!
