Volunteers are important members of our We Honor Veterans team. As we strive to honor, recognize and meet the special needs of Veterans at the end of life, our volunteers are a critical part of that mission. From helping to plan special recognition events to volunteering one-on-one with one of our Veteran patients, volunteers fill a great need for us.

Southland Hospice is committed to providing quality care for patients faced with a life limiting illness. The goal is to improve the quality of a person's life through pain and symptom control, emotional and spiritual support. We believe that the patient and their family are integral decision making members of the Hospice Team for planning and receiving care. Hospice offers an alternative to repeat hospitalizations and provides patients the opportunity to complete their lives with dignity and peace.
Southland Hospice delivers quality care by a team of professionals --Physicians, Registered Nurses, Hospice Aides, Medical Social Workers, Spiritual Counselors, and Volunteers - who will provide comprehensive hospice services for our patients and families in the setting where they feel most comfortable.
We'll work with your schedule.
