Enjoy a low intense workout and assist blind instructor to help oversee visually impaired students in class. Example of responsibilities include: taking attendance, following exercises of instructor, assisting students to correct fitness position. Passion to help others and have fun is highly desirably. Training will be provided on how to assist someone with visual impairments.
Need class assistant for:
Tuesday 10am-11am; 1-2pm September 4th - December 11th and/or
Wednesday 11am-12pm; 1-2pm September 5th - December 12th

Braille Institute offers a variety of services to people who are blind and visually impaired, from mobility and technology training, to low vision rehabilitation and home visits, to arts and exercise classes, to a vast library of braille and audio titles for every age, and more. Each year, we help tens of thousands of people regain and maintain their independence. Thanks to generous donations, Braille Institute services are available free of charge.
