In the Beloved Community, poverty, hunger and homelessness will not be tolerated" - MLK
This year, we commemorate the 50th anniversaries of Dr. King's death, as well as the passage of the Fair Housing Act, in 1968. Habitat for Humanity renews our pledge to work harder than ever to help make the Beloved Community a reality. Join us on site to learn more about Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley, building the Beloved Community, and Central Commons.
Central Commons is our new 30-home condo style development in the Centerville district of Fremont. We are turning a once vacant lot into a future mixed-income thriving neighborhood in the heart of Fremont.
This is a FREE event, however all donations are welcome. Support building the Beloved Community at: https://www.firstgiving.com/HabitatEBSV/beloved-community
This site tour is open to community members of all ages!
