The Collective Access has teamed up with Corporate Alliance for this unique Adult & Kid Networking event! Our signature Kid Networking program teaches kids how to shake hands, what to do if they have forgotten a name, conversation starters, and the importance of following up, among other tricks of the trade!
The Collective Alliance incorporates the basics from our Kid Networking program by providing kids with a brief introduction of the program and a few words of encouragement from our board members. From there, the kids will mingle with the adults to apply their newly learned skills!
The volunteer roles will include:
- Floating/escorting the kids for each event
- Conduct conversations with the kids at a table
- Set-up and breakdown
- Have Fun!!!

The Collective Access is on a mission to teach kids the importance of networking and the value of relationships.
Description
The Collective Access is a non-profit organization developed by a group of young San Diego professionals who wanted to pass on the tools and lessons from the generations before us to the generations after us.
One thing that we all have in common is that networking has been one of the most valuable tools for us as we have navigated the professional world and built our respective careers. So, we are on a mission to teach kids the value of networking and the importance of relationships.
With everyone becoming more and more dependent on technology, we really want to highlight and preserve connectedness as a tool that doesn't need to be replaced by connectivity.
