ORGANIZATION: Lake Merritt United Methodist Church

Lake Merritt UMC is hosting its 5th Annual LIFT Concert: a benefit to support the LMUMC food programs.

Last year alone,15,600 people were served; 129,975 lbs of food including 85,900 lbs of fresh produce were distributed through the Food Pantry. Most important, all concert proceeds go directly to provide food to the individuals and families served through the Food Pantry, Lake Lunches, and Laney College Partnership.

We are seeking a videographer for filming the event, producing finished clips, and/or for creating short promotional video featuring LMUMC food programs. Varying of levels of volunteering can help us out depending on your availability.

This concert features the following artists this year:
Joan Miller, piano
La Peña Community Chorus
LMUMC Bell Choir
Mandy’s Chinese Music Ensemble
Oakland Interfaith Community Choir
Oakland Youth Chorus
Stanley Huston, Tenor
Trio: George Han, violin; Ken Schoon, cello; Ed Lee, piano
