The Red Cross Club Coordinator serves as the Red Cross contact and primary support for local Red Cross clubs and youth activities. We are looking for someone who is passionate, has experience working with youth/young adults, and can commit at least 2 hours a week to:
-Create and maintain and environment where youth feel empowered to lead and mobilize peers in community service projects that are in line with the American Red Cross mission.
-Host regular meetings/calls with existing high school and college club officers
-Be available to attend club meetings and club activities throughout the school year
-Assist with annual club registrations and renewal processes
-Use available resources to track club activities and lead initiatives to increase engagement
-Provide clubs with guidance and resources to be successful
-Integrate club members into local Red Cross chapter activities
-Provide recognition opportunities throughout the year
-Proactively identify and follow opportunities to start new clubs
