******THIS IS A VIRTUAL OPPORTUNITY, BUT WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO COVER COUNTIES/ZIP CODES IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS*****
Road To Recovery is an American Cancer Society program designed to help improve the quality of life and reduce barriers to care for cancer patients undergoing active cancer treatment, by transporting them to and from cancer-related treatment appointments.
We have a wonderful family of Volunteer Drivers and are currently looking for a Volunteer Coordinator. The Volunteer Coordinator collaboratively manages and monitors requests for Road To Recovery services with American Cancer Society staff partners, and works closely with Volunteer Drivers.
Road To Recovery uses an online coordination tool, so the Volunteer Coordinator needs to have access to a laptop or desktop and be comfortable with computers. Coverage area is flexible and the time commitment varies. Please email me to find out more!
