TITLE: Volunteer Bookkeeper
Works for: Treasury
JOB SUMMARY: Bookkeeper uses QuickBooks Online (QBO) software for recording the financial transactions of the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter bank deposit information into QBO
- Generate checks in QBO
- Maintain Deposits and Disbursement files for Treasurer
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QBO skill; attention to detail; organized. Maintains confidentiality with sensitive organizational information.
EXPERIENCE:
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word).

Peninsula Seniors was established in 1981. We are almost entirely member-funded. We have 3 employees and 93 volunteers. We are located in Rolling Hills Estates.
