Can you play an instrument? Do you enjoy bringing happiness to others? If so, consider becoming a volunteer with us! You can use your musical talents to enhance someone's life!

The services you provide as a Hospice volunteer profoundly improves the quality of our patient's lives. Friendly visits enable families to keep their loved ones at home, around the people they love, and the things they love. Simply holding a patient's hand can ease their mind and comfort their spirit.

Volunteering takes no advanced medical training. It can be as simple as reading to, or spending time with a patient a few hours a week. It is small deeds of kindness that enhances the quality of our patients lives and those who love them.

There are many kinds of Hospice volunteers. Volunteer candidates go through interview and screening processes to ensure the safety of our patients and their families. All hospice volunteers are given assignments that best suit their time, skills and interests.

Our volunteers are thoroughly trained and supported in the skills they need for the volunteer role. Training includes scheduled sessions, individual training and on-site training for groups and organizations.
