We've developed a powerful curriculum to equip women with skills in storytelling, advocacy, gender equality, and more. We're excited by the content we have, but we know it could be even better if we employed more adult learning techniques.
As an organization still run 100% by volunteers, we have limited bandwidth ourselves but thrive on working with talented people who would like to contribute their skills to our mission of promoting more women change makers.
Whether two hours or two months (or more!), if you have experience in incorporating adult learning techniques into workshops (including in pre-workshop and post-workshop materials), we'd welcome your insights!
Our goal is to make our Reel Women Real Change program as effective and engaging as possible.

p.h. balanced films is a non-profit film and research organization that is creating a world in which important stories are told by the communities who know them best in order to promote justice and equality for all. In late 2017, debuted Reel Women Real Change, a knowledge exchange and mentorship program that supports women who want to use film and storytelling as a platform to advocate for social justice.
