Many Heart J Center programs, especially the spring and fall K-12 outdoor education field trips, simply aren't possible without skilled volunteers.

All backgrounds and interests are welcomed, but we have a particular need for those interested in sharing their love for geology. Sylvan Dale Ranch is an incredibly unique place, rich in geological features! Other program themes include hiking, wildlife, botany, river ecology, team building, communication, writing, painting, nature crafts, horses and more.

Our spring volunteer orientation is coming up soon, so if you like being outdoors and sharing time with young people get in touch with us today. You will make a real difference in kids' lives and have a whole lot of fun!
