Join CRi for a Virtual Embrace 5K & Fun Run event from May 1 - June 13, 2020, to help raise CRITICAL funding during these uncertain times! Whether you’re looking to have a virtual corporate team-building experience, a way to connect with friends & family during these "socially distant" times, or just an opportunity to get outside, have fun, & spread awareness, this event is for you!

There are multiple ways to get involved:

1 - Register for Embrace to show your support for CRi (REGISTRATION IS FREE) - https://mycri.org/events/embrace 2 - Share your personalized Embrace Fundraising page with friends, family & contacts via email, video chats, & social media. Your shares matter more than you know! 3 - Join an existing team here. 4 - Make a donation to the event here. 5 - Physically show your support & camaraderie with a t-shirt purchase from the NEW Apparel for a Cause Shop here. 6 - Get out virtually, or otherwise, on June 13 in celebration of CRi. Take a family walk, run a 5K, or peruse your neighborhood in support of an organization that desperately needs your help, engagement & love now more than ever. 7 - Not a runner? Not a problem. Organize a family video, dance, a pushup challenge, or a homemade, backyard obstacle course. Take photos & video & share on social media or send to AJ at ajohn@mycri.org! 8 - Do you have kids at home looking for something to do? Need a fun family project? Have the family create #EmbraceCRi posters, videos, slideshows, etc & share on social media (tag @MyCRiNow) or email content to ajohn@mycri.org for a chance to be featured on our social media & website. Use the words "embrace," "choice," "respect," & "independence" for extra emphasis!
