United Health Centers will be hosting their Ask the Prodiver Event on Tuesday, June 26th from 6pm-8pm. The focus of this event is learning more about cancer prevention and awareness in the African-American community, with emphasis on Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Colorectal Cancer & Cervical Cancer. We will have a panel of specialists in each field, discussing these topics. It will be held at the Hawthorne Inn of Downtown Winston-Salem, with light refreshments, local cancer agencies and prize giveaways. We need volunteers to assist with setup, clean up and traffic flow throughout the event.

Description
At United Health Centers, we see patients regardless of whether they have health insurance. We offer a sliding fee scale for those without insurance, based on household income & family size. Our centers accept all Medicaid patients. Assistance is provided to apply for Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act. We also accept same day appointments: schedule by phone by calling 336-955-1379.
