The Sonoma County Neighborhood Food Project is a revolutionary way to collect a steady, year round supply of food, allowing the Redwood Empire Food Bank (REFB) to feed over 82,000 Sonoma County children, seniors, individuals and families.
To help provide this sustainable source of healthy groceries for our neighbors experiencing hunger, community volunteers engage their friends and neighbors to become long term REFB food donors. Every month, volunteer leads - our Neighborhood Coordinators - go door to door in their neighborhoods collecting food to deliver to the REFB.
Become a Neighborhood Coordinator. Get to know your neighbors and collect non-perishable food where you live and deliver donations to the Redwood Empire Food Bank.
