Imagine working in one of the most beautiful and peaceful spots in Florida, the joy of sharing it with thousands of visitors, the satisfaction of maintaining historic and botanical treasures like Pinewood Estate and endangered plant collections, and the fun of working with people of similar interests.
Volunteers are vital to the operations of Bok Tower Gardens, a world-class non-profit organization. Volunteer contributions, no matter how many hours, are significant to the success of our programs and the comfort and experience of our visitors. Each year, volunteers donate more than 45,000 hours to Bok Tower Gardens!
Description: Volunteers have the opportunity to interact with our guests, creating a lasting impression and overall great visitor experience while sharing information about the Gardens. Through passing out maps, to helping families plan their visits, to just having fun! The Visitor Center is a great place for volunteers to share their experience and help guest have a great time as they explore the Gardens.
Commitment: 1 day a week for a minimum of 3 months
Shift: 9:30am to 1:15pm or 12:45 to 4:30pm
Scheduling: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday
Uniform: Volunteer Uniform or business casual clothing
