When our patients pass away, their families are affected in a profound way. Many like to have keepsakes, (pictures, quilts, etc) of their deceased loved ones to remember them by. One of the ways that ViaQuest provides unique care to our families is with memory bears made in the honor of deceased. These bears can be made out of the patients favorite blouse, pajamas, blanket, accented by other fabrics. The families provide the material they want to remember their loved one with and we'll provide you with the pattern. Stuffing available, if needed.
Must have own sewing machine.
Can be completed at home on your own schedule.
Must be able to come to the office to pick up fabric/material for bear and return to our office.
Pictures available for viewing under organization.
