Spending Time with Hospice Seniors for Companionship - Santa Cruz County
14 people are interested
At Bridge Hospice, we provide volunteer services for our patients and their families.
Many of our patients are looking for volunteers who would love to spend time talking and sharing their stories. Our patients in skilled nursing facilities are often lonely and would appreciate a warm, friendly volunteer to light up their day.
If you have the time to share each week and provide a visit for our patients in the Santa Cruz county please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Lori McVicar at firstname.lastname@example.org

To provide quality care for patients facing a life limiting illness and to support their loved ones. Our vision is to exceed the expectations of patients and their families by providing outstanding care, comfort and dignity through physical, emotional and spiritual support.
Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, San Benito and Santa Clara Counties. Our offices are located in Fremont, Walnut Creek, and Salinas.
We'll work with your schedule.
