Unity Care is looking for a administrative assistant who is comfortable with heavy data entry. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to get back into the workforce or a retired professional. We are flexible and will work with your availability Monday - Fridays anytime between 9am-5pm.
Skills Needed (to name a few):

We need you help with:

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders

Preferred skills:

  • Former receptionist/admin. assistant experience preferred but not necessary (willing to train)
  • Highly Organized and dedication to completing project on a timely manner.
  • Responsible, resourceful, and a good team member.
  • Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Positive can-do attitude!
