The treasurer shall be responsible for keeping an accurate record of all financial affairs of the auxiliary to include;
Treasurer will receive and disperse all monies
Pay bills in a timely manner
Attend general membership and board meetings.
Reconcile bank statements
Job requires 1 day a week

Our volunteers have been the supporting Helen Ellis Memorial Foundation and Florida Hospital North Pinellas for over 30 years. Our Glass Garden Gift Shop and Garden Grill (Snack Bar) are all run by our volunteers.
