Compassionate Care is seeking people who will make twiddle muffs for our dementia patients. Twiddle muffs are used to promote stimulation and a sense of well being. They have proven to be useful for patients living with severe dementia. They are knitted or crocheted muffs with trimmings like ribbons, bows, beads, buttons and zips on the outside and inside. We can supply a pattern or you can use your imagination. This is a great way to use up odd yarn and left over trimmings.
