A little about the event: JA S.H.E. Leads connects local businesswomen and outstanding female high school students from the East Bay Area in a day of STEM career path exploration. Through handson activities, students will develop workforce readiness and gain insights from panel speakers in the Energy Industry as we explore "The Women Who Power the Bay Area".

Celebrating the power of female leadership, S.H.E. Leads imparts participants with increased career knowledge and the confidence to further their aspirations and build their professional network. Through panelist speakers, table discussions and interactive student/mentor activities, S.H.E. Leads stays true to the hands-on JA philosophy of providing real-world experiences that help youth create a successful future.
