Teen volunteers are needed to assist instructors during summer art camp by:
- assisting in preparing the learning environment, setting up centers and preparing materials
- supervising children if the instructor leaves the room and during lunch time.
The schedule:
You may work as many weeks as you like.
Must be available everyday of the weeks you select to work
Week 1: June 4- June 8
Week 2: June 11- June 15
Week 3: June 18-June 22
Week 4: June 25- June 29
Week 5: July 9- July 13
Week 6: July 16-July 20
Week 7: July 23-July 27
Week 8: July 30- August 3
You may work half day or full day.
Full Day: 8:30 am- 5:30 pm
Half Day Morning: 8:15 am- 12:30 pm
Half Day Afternoon: 12:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Mission Statement
Mount Dora Center for the Arts (MDCA) is a community oriented, nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering an understanding and appreciation of art and culture through exhibitions, art festivals, and educational programs.
Description
MDCA is a community art and education center. Maintaining a gallery of changing exhibits of original art by local artists, we also provide classes, seminars, workshops, lectures and "explorariums" in art and related subjects throughought the year. Examples of classes are: Pottery and Clay, Ballet, Group Music, Individual Voice, Art for Children, Painting, Drawing, Calligraphy,etc. We also host the county's major event, the Mount Dora Arts Festival, each year.
