Help out at the 2018 Jacksonville Team Hope Walk to end Huntington's Disease (THW)! Help out with Walk Site setup, breakdown, registration and making this Walk a great day for the attendees!
Mobilize the Boone, North Carolina Community to stand up for a great cause impacting their Community! The Team Hope Walk program is HDSA’s signature grassroots fundraising campaign designed to provide hope and support for those touched by this devastating disease. All proceeds support HDSA’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by HD and their families. Since their inception in 2007, Team Hope Walks have occurred in over 100 different cities and have raised over $14 million for the cause.
