Have you been looking for a way to use your skills for a great cause? Project Food Forest is a nonprofit founded in 2016 with the mission to empower people to feed themselves through agroforestry, edible landscaping, and education. We're all about helping people help themselves in a sustainable way.
We are in search of a dedicated individual to fulfill the Executive Director role. Can be full time or part time, volunteer or paid (individual will need to raise his/her own salary). The right candidate would also have a strong desire and skillset for outreach and education.
This opportunity could potentially be worked from anywhere. The organization is headquartered in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with a demonstration site in Luverne, MN. However, Project Food Forest serves people throughout the region and beyond to cultivate connections and support people growing food in as diverse, ecologically sound, and manageable ways as they can.
