We are eggplant excited to be sharing the future plans for Broccoli HQ. The evening will showcase the architectural drawings accompanied with an "ideal school lunch" dinner. We will need help with set-up, ushering, serving, and clean-up for this event.
The Sacramento Food Film Festival is an opportunity to educate the public about our food system, and work collaboratively to create positive change and improve food literacy.

Our mission is to inspire kids to eat their vegetables. We teach children in low-income elementary schools cooking, nutrition, gardening, and active play to improve our health, environment, and economy.

Food Literacy Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) established in 2011 in Sacramento, California, with the mission of inspiring kids to eat their vegetables. The organization provides cooking and nutrition education to children in low-income elementary schools throughout the Sacramento City Unified School District to improve health, economy and the environment.
