We are seeking 1-2 volunteers that would be willing to watch three children at a time while mom is in a therapy session. Help is needed Thursday evenings from around 4pm-5:30/6pm or possibly Tuesday 4pm-5:30/6pm.
Mom would bring a picnic dinner and activities to keep the children busy in the conference room but they certainly cannot be left alone. Three of her children are fairly highly functioning but on the Autism Spectrum so someone who has experience working with children on the spectrum would be best. She also has a 3.5 year old so someone who is comfortable working with younger children as well.
Her daughter loves art as well as animals and is very creative, her sons love cars/trains/coins/cats and animals in general.
Mom would be happy to have someone just oversee them do their homework and eat dinner or engage in an activity with them to keep them busy - We can provide craft supplies/board games/iPads etc.
