Join over 2,000 volunteers around the region (and 100,000 across the country) for the 17th annual Comcast Cares Day!
Bring out your family and friends and join Comcast, the Vancouver Watersheds Alliance and City of Vancouver on Earth Day weekend for a clean-up and invasive species pull at the park.
Bagley Community Park is a focal point of this neighborhood, with baseball fields, grassy expanses, playgrounds, and a natural area. The local Boys and Girls club, Roosevelt Elementary, and Parsley Community Center are all adjacent to the park. By volunteering to remove invasive English Ivy and Blackberry from the natural area, we are improving the local environment and beauty of the park, while also increasing safety for park visitors. Volunteers will also help clean up graffiti and beautify the grounds.
Afterwards, we'll relax and enjoy lunch together to celebrate our efforts to help make change happen.
