Kennedy Park is the largest park among all of the City of Napa's 55 parks, spread across 188 acres. As a result of its size, there are plenty of opportunities for volunteers who are looking to get outside and help to improve their local parks.
The City of Napa Parks division is looking for volunteers to spread mulch at Kennedy Park to help prevent the growth of weeds and to help limit the use of herbicides that would otherwise cause greater damage to local vegetation.

Description
The Parks and Recreation Services Department provides parks, recreation programs, and the City facility maintenance. Parks and Recreation supervises the operation of the Napa Golf Course at Kennedy Park, maintains our City parks and other public spaces, processes your registrations for recreation activities and reservations for meetings and picnic faculties in our parks, among other tasks. We offer a wide array of recreation classes, programs and activities for kids, teens and adults to enjoy.
