Do you have a couple of hours a week to help someone learn to read, improve math skills or speak English better? Our tutors work with adults at all levels of those learning curves. Don't have teaching experience? We'll provide training and materials to help you help someone else.

The Literacy Coalition provides literacy resources and services to the residents of Howard County.
Description
Our volunteer tutors provide individual and group instruction to adults who wish to better their reading, writing and math skills; prepare to take the high school equivalency test; improve their English speaking and writing skills.
