The C&O Canal Trust would like to invite you to the 11th annual Canal Pride Days event in Frederick County. Canal Pride Days are the C&O Canal National Historical Park’s largest volunteer stewardship events of the year, engaging volunteers from across the state in stewardship projects to restore and revitalize the Park’s natural, cultural, and recreational community resources.

Please join us for our Canal Pride Days event, scheduled for Saturday, May 5th, 2018 from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the Point of Rocks Boat Ramp, in Point of Rocks, MD.

Each year, the Canal Pride Days Event in Frederick County attracts more than 50 volunteers dedicated to preserving their neighborhood National Park. During the event, volunteers will take part in various beautification and preservation projects, including helping to preserve historic Lockhouse 28, painting picnic tables, removing invasive plant species, and more to help improve the Point of Rocks Boat Ramp and its surrounding area for all to enjoy. To register please visit our website at www.canaltrust.org.
