Gear Going Global is partnering with SBD Tournaments to hold a sports gear drive during the 2018 Javanon Cup Soccer tournament. Volunteers are needed to man the booth for Gear Going Global, monitor incoming sports gear donations, keep track of what teams donated, and count the sports equipment to keep track of the winner.
The winner will be able to send a sponsored bag of sports equipment through Gear Going Global in their name and will also receive a framed photograph of the kids they sent their sports equipment to.

Description
I started Gear Going Global after watching a documentary called "Power to the People", where I saw kids playing soccer with trash and rocks. Being a soccer player my whole, it struck me that proper sports equipment is something I took for granted. I want to provide the same access to sports gear I had growing up to those kids in developing countries.
